Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellation may not be possible as the order may already be processed.
Refunds
• If the product is damaged or incorrect, customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
IMPORTANT – UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATORY
To claim a refund:
• The customer must provide a proper unboxing video
• The video must be:
• Recorded from the start before opening the package
• Show the original sealed package
• Continue without any cuts or edits
• Clearly show the product condition
✅ Without a clear, continuous unboxing video, no refund request will be accepted.

• Used or damaged products
• Clearance sale items
• Orders cancelled after 12 hours
• Products without proper unboxing video
